Privacy policy

This policy explains how Uncensored, LLC ("we") processes your personal data in the uncensored service. It also covers the information required for users in Türkiye under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and for users in the EU and UK under the GDPR. Data controller: Uncensored, LLC, U.S..

Data we collect

  • Account details: the email address and name shared when you sign in with Google.
  • Photos: the photos you upload and the images created from them.
  • Usage records: time of each request, the outfit chosen, the result of the safety check.
  • Payment records: the Telegram payment ID, the ID of the Telegram account that paid, the amount. Your card details never reach us; Telegram takes the payment.

Why we process it

  • To provide the Service (create the image and show it to you).
  • Safety: to automatically detect and reject photos of people under 18 and to prevent abuse.
  • To handle payments and refunds and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data or use it for ads. To run the Service we share only what is needed with the providers below:

  • Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage (USA)
  • Wiro: AI image editing and photo safety checks
  • Google: sign in with Google
  • Telegram: payments
  • Cloudflare: website hosting

International transfers

We are a company based in the United States. Your data is processed and stored outside the country where you live, mainly in the United States and in the countries where the providers above operate. By starting to use the Service you agree to this transfer.

How long we keep it

Your photos and generated images are kept until you ask us to delete them. When you ask us to delete your account and photos, we do so within a reasonable time. Payment records are kept for the legally required period.

Google user data

When you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture (the openid, email and profile scopes). We use this information only to create your account, confirm that it is you signing in, and contact you about support requests.

  • We do not sell data received from Google, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
  • This data is not shared with anyone other than the service providers listed above.
  • It is stored in Supabase and deleted when you ask us to delete your account.
  • You can revoke the site's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Stored in your browser

We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Age limit

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. Photos of people under 18 are rejected automatically and not processed.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example Türkiye under the KVKK, the EU or UK under the GDPR, or certain U.S. states such as California), you may have the right to know whether your data is processed, to get a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
