Refund policy

• Unused credits: You can request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of payment.
• Images that failed: If an image can't be created for a technical reason, no credit is used, so no refund request is needed.
• Used credits: Because digital content is delivered immediately, used credits are not refunded.
• Breaking the rules: No refunds are made for accounts closed for breaking the terms of use.

How to request

Email diloskantar@gmail.com with the email address you sign in with and the payment date. Refunds are made in Telegram Stars to the Telegram account that paid, and the credits bought with that payment are removed from your account.

If the consumer laws of the country where you live give you broader rights, those rights still apply.
