Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the uncensored service (the "Service") provided by Uncensored, LLC ("we"), a company organized in the United States. By using the Service you accept these terms.

1. The Service

The Service uses AI to change the outfit of the person in the photo you upload to an outfit you pick from a fixed list. Results are generated by AI and may not always be perfect.

2. Who can use it

You must be over 18 to use the Service.

3. Photos you may upload

  • Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have clearly given you permission.
  • Photos of anyone under 18 may not be uploaded. Such photos are rejected automatically.
  • You may not use the Service to harass, humiliate, deceive or impersonate anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
  • You are responsible for how you use the images you create.

4. Credits and payment

  • Credits are a digital service. 1 credit = 1 edited image. Credits never expire.
  • If an image can't be created for a technical reason, no credit is used.
  • Payments are made with Telegram Stars in the Telegram app and are also subject to Telegram's terms.
  • New accounts may receive a one-time free image. Free images are limited by daily capacity.

5. Refunds

You can request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of payment. See the Refunds page for details.

6. Account termination

Accounts that break these terms may be closed without notice. Credits in accounts closed for breaking the rules are not refunded.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce important changes on the website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
